Currently the code and data files for creating the sample database reside in docker/sampleDB. There is no good reason for this functionality to live in the docker folder. Thus, to increase the intuitiveness of the project layout this functionality should be moved out of docker. The most likely candidate would be to move it to a root level directory named sampleDB or something such.
