Title of Issue: No 1080p fallback in 2160p profiles

Description:
A profile that can effectively handle both 4K and 1080p releases simultaneously. Goal is to prioritize 4K releases but also ensure that the best quality 1080p releases are available as an alternative, without the need to switch profiles. Currently, the profiles are focused on either 4K or 1080p separately
