Permission Denied

/app/start.sh: line 87: /steamcmd/starbound/linux/starbound_server: Permission denied

Setup:
I am configuring my docker container using Portainer,
If I create a volume, in Portainer, the server is created without the error, however this sets the volume to be in the var/lib/docker/volumes directory.

If I set a bind address and specifically set a location, in my case, /mnt/games/games/starbound, after the download, I get an error "Permission Denied"

I get this error regardless of what permissions the files have, who owns them etc.

Is there any way you can assist with this?
