It was bound to be added at some point...

Implement lift signs, similar to CraftBook/FalseBook in function.
Of course, this depends on the resource usage.

Lift signs creatable by players
- [Lift] -- Destination Only
- [Lift Up] -- Up & Destination
- [Lift Down] -- Down & Destination
Permissions support (required?)
