Describe the bug
As per the 'Getting Started' guide, Docker can be used to run the API/DB/IdentityServer. However, since the addition of Persistence Storage in the Identity Server we also need to reflect this change in the docker-compose.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build and run the backend with docker-compose

Expected behavior
Working backend IDS, API and DB.
