Bug: can't add Pixey.org account

Description

Trying to add a pixey.org account.
I go through the signin process successfully, and allow authorization. The panel displayed by Ice Cubes shows the instance summary (version 3.53. compatible Pixelfed 0.11.13) and the instance rules. But there's no button to add the account.

The "Sign in" button remains above the instance summary. Clicking it confirms that I have given authorization, but I can't get past the instance summary panel from Ice Cubes.
