Disk full very quickly

Hey, my server is very efficient :)
Hence it gets many many binaries and bitstreams, and the disk was full within 2 days;
I have an upload script (custom) made to hook into the store.py script, so the samples are already sent another place. Is there a way to drop the bitstreams and binaries automatically ?

Also, the logs are filling the disk very quickly, is there a way to rotate at this moment?
