It would be nice to have just one executable, especially for non-programmer users. The problem is how to pack TensorFlow with GPU support and drivers (probably executable will be huge, about 1GB). If you have a solution, leave a comment on this issue

I think it is possible to convert neural network to onnx, it will make binary much lighter. But this feature is not currently planned
