Bot says 1 seconds instead of 1 second.

Describe the bug
Pretty self-explanatory. The bot says 1 second, not 1 seconds like it should be.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do #!adv.
2. When the timer is at 1 second, #!adv again.
3. See the error.

Expected behavior
The expected behavior would be the bot saying something like "You need to rest (1 second left)". Instead, it says "You need to rest (1 seconds left)".

The version is 4.15.0.
