Showing Support For 3.10 Onto Pypi,

I've done my own testing and disnake works completely fine on 3.10

I have been using black for Python 3.10, and it has worked very well, not sure if black supports it.

black now supports Python 3.10 on main, but no new release has happened since. Once that's out we'll add it to the config, but it shouldn't make a difference in practice.
