Short Description and Why It's Useful

Adds support for Klarna payment. Unfortunately, I was able only to test Pay Later - because we have disabled Slice It method in Klarna and I have to wait for that. Anyway, probably it won't require any changes.

• I've updated the Upgrade notes and Changelog on how to port existing Vue Storefront sites with this new feature
