Website translations for other languages

We have added support for website translations for other languages and locales such as French, Portuguese, Spanish etc.

We need help translating our website into your local language.

Once the django 3 PR is merged we can get the translations branch updated and I'll make the changes to the editing tool and add details here for how to contribute.

@marksweb do we still need this issue? Are you still working off the translations branch as well?

@amakarudze you can close this. But keep the branch around for merging changes into to review & PR into the main branch for release.
