Import text and heading

I've added the import text and import heading tool to the Content manager and fixed a bug with edit Jumbotron.

Move content items

Added the ability to re-order content items within a row and also added the styling and size and position sub tools to the Jumbotron tool.

Misc

Two minor updates, new default palettes and required fields more obvious.

Additional styling and Content item

Added a new content item to the Content manager and also added ability to define background colour for text, heading and form content item.

Added ability to define the background colour for a content item container.

Added size and position tab to the Heading, Text and Import form tools.

Content manager and Template designer

The Content manager and Template designer have been updated to support the new Bootstrap styling as well as the ability to create Bootstrap based web sites.
