I am using the same registry1 creds for weeks now deploying BB using flux/kustomize. Running into an authorization issue when trying to deploy this via bash that I have not seen except for in the past couple of days. The istio operator 1.17.2 is not used in bigbang.git 2.11.0

Where is this reference to the istio operator 1.17.2 coming from ? bigbang.git 2.11.0 references a version of the istio operator in the values.yaml file: tag: "1.19.3-bb.1"
