Reduce time that we close the relay

The new system means that we only need to close the relay momentarily, the time that the doors is open is controlled by the third party system. To stop blockages it would be good if the playing of the ringtone and other tasks are moved onto a background thread or something along those lines so that you can quickly open the doors again.
