On the update profile page, users are unable to update their password or e-mail address (because when entering their "Current Password", it'll compare it against the hashed
""placeholder that OpenID Connect module sets on the local account).We should hide these fields when OpenID Connect auth is enabled, or make sure to ship Northstar's profile flow before this is enabled on production. References DoSomething/northstar#462.
