Remove (if possible) or adjust the custom ds scripts (we should be able to just use drush for most cases)
Use Vagrant option for Drupal VM

This will involve retiring the custom vagrant image as well in favor of the one provided by DrupalVM.
Why This Matters
Following the same pattern as our Laravel applications, we want to move off of an outdated bespoke setup to one that is maintained by the open source community and kept up to date. Using Drupal VM should make local development more straightforward and predictable.
