Re-export User Search view to Feature for DS Indonesia

User Story

Currently there is an DB override on the User Search (User) view (https://indonesia.dosomething.org/admin/users) that adds to the header, the Global: Result summary field (Example: "Displaying 1 - 50 of 9272").

We need to export this simple DB override to code so that it will not be reverted on future deploys or reverted manually.

Why This Matters

We should have any DB overrides exported to code.

Current Workaround w/o Feature (if applicable)

Currently the override is in DB only. If the view is reverted, it's not a huge deal, as this is an internal admin view, but defintitely something to be aware of.
