VDH should use the browser configured network

If browsers run in environment, where only proxied network requests are possible,
VDL seem to fail all the time and, other then to expect, dns queries and other network packets try to leave the browser host via gatewy, instead of browser configured proxy.
This makes it disfunctional and has privacy issues.
