selector(s) not working in console

1. open console
2. type /sudo @r c:hello

[Wed 23:03:28 INFO Essentials] CONSOLE issued server command: /sudo @r c:test

Hey Piere, after testing exactly what you said, I could not seem to reproduce this issue. However, it appears that another user had a very similar issue before #4, due to this, I would like to figure out what is causing this issue.

Firstly, are you sure that there was atleast 1 player on your server?

And secondly, can I have a list of all of the plugins on your server? I would like to attempt to recreate this issue as best as I can.
