Materialize Select on iOS Opera Mini 16.0.8 #5785

Dear Team,

first of all: Thank you so much for this project, great work :)

Your Environment

Version used: 1.0.0-beta
Browser Name and version: Opera Mini 16.0.8
Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): Apple Mobile iOS 10

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

http://materializecss.com/select.html
First Materialize Select Field, "Choose your option" is preset as value
Tap on the select field, try to switch the option a few times

Expected Behavior

Switch to Option 1, or Option 2, or Option 3 should work every time
"work" = The chosen option should be set as the new value of the field

Current Behavior

On the first try, sometimes Switching to Option X works
In 99% of the time nothing happens after selecting Option X
Instead, "Choose your option" just stays there as value

Context

Dont have those problems on Safari on iOS (or any other "current" browser i've tested so far)

I'm seeing similar behavior on mobile Safari and Chrome on iOS

I am doing an app for IOS using Cordova and Materialize and it happens to me exactly the same.
