JobXMustBeEnabled when enabling event reminder by emails

Bug

When the admin tries to "Enable event reminder by emails (remind option/delay can be defined on each event)." in the "Reminders" (not translated to French) section of the "Events and agenda module setup", JobXMustBeEnabled is displayed in place of the selector.

No further explanation.

No way to revert back to previous state.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Connect as admin.
Go to "Events and agenda module setup", "Reminders" section and click on selector to "Enable event reminder by emails (remind option/delay can be defined on each event)."
