BUG - "Complementary attributes (lines)": neither "Required" nor "Default value (Database)" are working

Hello,

In "Invoices module setup", when I create "Complementary attributes (lines)" with type "Radio buttons (one choice only)", neither "Required" nor "Default value (Database)" are working.

May I ask you to have a look to this bug?

Expected and actual behavior

"Required" is supposed to avoid we can add a line with no value (not working as you can see)
"Default value (Database)" is supposed to fill by default the field (not working as you can see)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Set-up "Complementary attributes (lines)" with type "Radio buttons (one choice only)" and feature "Required" or "Default value (Database)":
