CommonList : add a class to manage all lists in Dolibarr

Feature Request

The main goal is to improve list management with an object that will allow to generate all lists based on the definition of the concerned object.
It will centralize all common tools related to lists (massaction, line display, paging, counting, ...) and will allow to easily improve all list at once (example : moving checkboxes to the first column will need to be done only in one place instead of in all the lists).
