So far user groups are used only for permissions.
We want to use -> User Groups for other purposes as well like to assign tasks,todo or Tickets

Use case

We want to assign to a Group of Technicians a Ticket -->
For example we have a group of technicians called Network Technicians
The Administrator who assign tickets doesn't know the user to who he will assign the ticket so he assign the ticket to a group Network Technicians.

The support team of the group Network Technicians will receive a notification , then change the assigned group from Network Technicians to the technician user who is responsible for that ticket.
