Add the ability to filter downloads by months

For one of our projects we only want imagery within certain months. The idea is to build a new menu in the settings that lets the users select which months they want to download, then filter the available imagery to only get those months.

Additionally it would be great to allow the user to only filter images under a maximum percentage of clouds in the image.
