Hi @chaoyangxiao, I have uploaded my code for WSI visualization in my new work ICMIL. The code is currently very raw, and one issue exists that the ground truth seems not aligned well with the WSI so I manually adjusted their scale and location in the code. If you find a better way for alignment please send me a pull request. Hope this can help!
