set_location_level is too verbose for external dependencies prints something like

/home/user/.cargo/registry/src/github.com-1ecc6299db9ec823/actix-server-2.2.0/src/builder.rs:200

actix_server::builder

is a lot more cleaner - this is available in env_logger
