This would make it easier to modify the current page visibility settings.

Copied this from #1's description since it's still a good idea.

The menu item entry would probably say, "Import selections from Registry", and the one for importing from a file would be renamed to, "Import selections from file...". The export to file option would also be renamed to, "Export selections to file...".
