Include full group name in window title when using emoji icon

If a group name starts with an emoji there is an option to set the group icon to that emoji. This is helpful for making the active group easy to pick out via the extension menu. However when this option is enabled along with the "Prepend group title to window title" option, the full group name should still be included in the window title instead of just the emoji icon—either by default or as a separate option. I currently use a window manager that let's me switch windows by name and this is much more effective when the full group name is included in the window name.
