Improved Share Experience for end user

Currently when sharing apps to others, it shares the link to their respective repos, and sometimes droidify.eu.org link (which always gives 404) and for end user with droidify installed already it would still open the respective repo url in their browser, which is bad experience

Describe the solution you'd like
A common sharing (like existing droidify.eu.org) url that opens droidify if installed on end user else it redirects to the repo url
