Remove SOILWAT2 c-code from code coverage estimates #36

@Zachary-Kramer on DrylandEcology/SOILWAT2#20:

I noticed that for rSOILWAT2, code coverage takes into account the src folder. Do we want this? As a side note, when you click a file within src, coveralls cannot find the file.

I agree that we should remove code coverage of SOILWAT2's c code for the coverage estimates of rSOILWAT2.
