Updated to mp api, requires multiplayer 0.4.8.2 to play multiplayer
Threat detection (ATOM) no longer allows raids to happen by factions that became allies after the threat was detected.
Scenario set repeating raids will now continue to repeat when caught by threat detection (ATOM).
