可选参数

--output >>> 指定输出位置（默认为%cd%）
--open >>> 生成完后是否打开（默认为True，可选False/True）
--git_commit >>> 指定修改内容为上一个tag与现在HAED的提交
--before >>> 指定上一个版本号（默认为上一个tag）

示例：

ffdev 发行版生成 中文Git v2.5 --output 发行版 --before v2.4

生成中文Git v2.5的发行版，输出到%cd%\发行版，上一个版本为v2.4。
