See forum thread https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/33989/movement-after-m112-e-stop/44 . It's likely that only external drivers are affected.

Fixed in RRF 3.5-dev and 3.4-dev source code. Fix tested by Tim Schneider, see forum thread.
