Feature Request: Ability to flag stations with a black market and search for those stations

When you manage to recover some illegal cargo it is handy to be able to flag stations that you know have a black market. Then if you can search for stations with black markets you could easily find the closest system with a station with a black market or know which station in a system you should go to.

With the latest changes to RN it looks like the station data will have that info in it. I imagine it could be / will be searchable at some point soon.
