Monitors and System Profile in one FastPack #3

The 3 different Monitors, Sensor Pack, Dashboards and System Profile should be in one Fastpack and not separated. A two step installation is right now the only way to be sure that all the measures for all configured monitors in the system profile will be registered during the installation.
