Was wondering if it was possible for you to add a blacklist in the cfg so it doesn't check a mod that is on that blacklist. Would be kinda handy if mod devs that forget to change the version in there mcmod.info file.

Perhaps 'Ignore List' would be a better term? It would be nice to be able to add a mod to that directly from the in-game interface, i.e. in the mod update screen have a button to 'ignore'.
Mods could be un-ignored either by removing directly from the config, or in the full watched mods list (if that is implemented). Maybe just a little 'eye' icon that could be bright or greyed out if a mod is ignored or not, and clicking it would toggle between the two.
