The company I work for has mandated the use of ZScaler on our machines for security.

With the service turned on and a company supplied .pem file configured under 'Custom HTTPS certificates' in the dynobase client, clicking on 'Authenticate' does NOT trigger the sso flow - no browser window is launched.

We tried turning off ZScaler temporarily and everything works as expected.

Just had a breakthrough with this -
I am on a Mac and had to ALLOW dynobase to access the location where my root cert .pem file is stored (configured in settings under Custom HTTPS Certificates)
The ALLOW option is available under Settings -> Privacy&Security -> Files and Folders -> Dynobase -> toggle on Allow Access
Hope this helps!
