the GeoIP license key has changed format, so updating the GeoIP database doesn't work in the current version of eFa v4

the license key has changed from a 16 character alphanumeric key to a 40 character alphanumeric key, plus underscores. I do not know if other characters are being used.

The maxmind license key check needs changing in two places (paths are for my centos installation):
/var/www/html/mailscanner/functions.php
/var/eFa/lib/eFa-Configure/func_maxmind

and all I added was "|[0-9A-Za-z_]{40}" into the regex check.
