Place here the folder /HDF5 within you should put the hdf file downloaded  from https://www.hdfgroup.org/downloads/hdf5/

version recommended 1.12.0

put untar file or if you put.tar file add the command to untar in install_hdf5.sh

install_hdf5.sh will configure it build the library and use it for pytables package -- Details in DockerFile

#todo maybe use already another package for hdf5 maybe more efficient
