Binary packages for Mac OS and Linux #11

Currently the binary package is limited for the Windows platform only.
My main development environment is Linux with Mac OS as front-end.
Binary packages on Mac OS and Linux is much appreciated.

Hi @vanvught, I'm actually working on the macOS binary package right now. That will be available soon.

Linux will be a bit further down the road, but likely before the end of this year.

The macOS binary package is available as of pre-release build 0.3.0.1.

Leaving this open until the Linux package is available.

Can we expect one of these soon @samkearney now it compiles on Linux as per #25 ?

@peternewman Eventually, but it's a lower priority for us because we typically build from source for our Linux products. You're welcome to take a crack at it!
