Have an option of deleting all the Start-Menu shortcuts for the Default user

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
BIS-F already has the option of clearing out ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs which is great. Adding the option of clearing out Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs would complete the start-menu shortcut clearing.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either add the clearing of Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs to the same function as ProgramData, or split it out as a second option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently we are manually cleaning the area to ensure it's not populating users start-menues on first logon
