配置close_old=1 UDP 推流，第二次推流数据不更新被丢弃？ #227

close_old=1
新的推流器连接时，如果已有同一个推流器（PATH相同）在推流，关闭老的推流器。
但新的推流(UDP)，数据流量后台显示不更新，流数据被丢弃了？播放器也播放不了！！！！
