Resources with advertising

I've been noticing increasing submissions of resources with lots of obtrusive advertising on them, and have declined a number of them. What disturbs me is that the advertising seems to be a marker of low quality, or of content taken from other websites.

Should we raise the bar for resources with obtrusive advertising? For example, by requiring endorsement by a second F-P-B contributor?

It is a good idea, you could add a label "waiting for review" to add just before the "ready to merge".
