Add the "News" Section to the main menu on the homepage

Describe the bug

Please move the "News" Section (https://iot.eclipse.org/news/) as a separate and independent item on the top right navigation bar of the homepage (iot.eclipse.org) after the "Community" item.

I don't think "News" should be a top-level item.

The content is available on the homepage. Anyone who is looking for this content should know to go back to the homepage.

I am marking this as wontfix for now since this goes against the structure that Frederic and the community initially created!
