Hi, I'm running Edge TX 2.8.1 on a Radiomaster TX16S and I'm trying to use a custom sound file for my welcome message when I turn the radio on. I've created two different wav files, one is a 5 second clip from a song and the other is a 1 second clip produced on TTSDEMO.com (text to voice generator). I've set up both files as mono with a bit rate of 8 and a sample of rate of 16000. When I turn on my radio the splash screen pops up just fine but the sounds file doesn't play for 2-3 seconds. I'm getting the same result for both sounds files. When I click through to the SD Card on the radio and go to my hello.wav file and play it I get no delay at all. I would very appreciate some help in trouble shooting this issue. I've watched a few YouTube videos on setting up custom sound files and no one else seems to have this problem. Thanks
