Want to improve the blog section by improving the header, adding hovering and improving the overall layout of page

Hey, I would like to work on improving the blog section

• by improving the header i.e. by making more buttons eg. subscribe ,most recent and few more to make it informative
• adding carousel
• adding hovering effects to make it more attractive
  Please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'22.
