More APIs to add

Mostly make these available to functions, but should also add logging (at least for some of them). Todo at some future date.

Functions:

Wow. Cool. Shouldn't be too hard, but testing it is going to be a pain. We should probably just enable all the untested apis, then request reports of them working (or not working) in the code & readme once we're sure they won't cause any errors when they're not being used. This would mean not having to write plugins to test everything.

We should probably fix the spec up so we can do unit testing again, but I don't really wanna mess with that.

I don't think it will break anything when not being used. I'm just going to follow the current style in chatbot.js and just add the listeners and the methods. Shouldn't break anything I don't think.
