v3.3.2 does not work on android simulator (windows) #167

Hello, awesome job first of all.
I downloaded the latest version (v.3.3.2) to use on my xamarin.forms project and got this error when tried to run on my android simulator:
Android.App.Notification/Builder .Builder.SetChannelId(string) xamarin forms
Nevertheless it runs fine on local windows. Have't tried on iOS.
I've downgraded to v3.0 and v3.2 and works fine on android.

What version of Android were you running? Could use more details about your environment
